The all natural supplement Extagen has received a lot of attention recently because of its supposed effectiveness in increasing the length of the erect penis. During the first month, users should take one capsule per day. The capsule should be taken at approximately the same time daily, and should be taken after a meal with a full glass of water. The first month is the trial period, as the chemicals found in the herbal supplements gradually increase their levels in the blood plasma. There have been reports of size enhancements occurring during the first month, but this is fairly rare.

During the second month, J3 Labs recommends that you continue to take one capsule per day. However, some users have reported that taking two pills per day in month 2 is effective and safe. It is during this month that most men start to notice increases in erectile function and penis length. Just as in the first month, it is important to take the capsules at the same time every day.

Some users have noticed a negative correlation between caffeine and alcohol consumption and Extagen efficacy. The current recommendation is to avoid drinking beverages that contain caffeine or alcohol for ninety minutes before and after taking the capsule. There is no indication that there are any interactions between the any of the herbal ingredients with caffeine and alcohol, but there is a possibility that caffeine and/or alcohol may hinder the absorption of one or more of the herbal components.
